Bi-weekly deliveries, October through April. A bag with your name on it… inside, fresh bread and pastries!
Flying Squirrel Bakery Cafe offers a bakery delivery program bringing our Talkeetna bakery to communities to the south. For your prepaid share, a package of fresh, from scratch baked goods will be ready for pickup at your chosen location on designated delivery dates.

Options & Information
- Dates:
- Usually 12 deliveries beginning in late October.
- Choose which dates work for you! Deliveries are every other Thursday from late October through April (except special dates around the holidays).
- Receive a 5% discount if you choose all delivery dates available for the season!
- Special holiday orders available for delivery dates close to Thanksgiving and Christmas!
- Location Options:
- Willow Library at the Community Center, Willow, 3-6pm
- Summit Spice & Tea, 3030 Denali St, #2, Anchorage, 3:30-6pm
- RiGeneration Nutrition, 12812 Old Glenn Hwy, Eagle River, 3:00-6:30pm

- Two Breads – $15.50 per delivery – one hearty, baker's choice bread and one smaller bread such as baguette, ciabatta or bagels.
- Pastries – $17 per delivery – baker’s choice pastries, muffins, scones, cookies, bars, granola or other treats, subject to change based on availability.

Fine Print
- Prepayment in full before the first pick up is required. Note that we do not hold your credit card information and are not set up to process monthly payments. Please sign up and pay for as many deliveries as you want for the whole season if at all possible. We’ll contact you with renewal information for the next season’s sign up and payment.
- You must pick up your bakery package during the designated time period, or send a friend to pick up for you. We cannot guarantee pick up availability outside of the posted pick up times, though sometimes the site hosts will kindly hold your delivery until the next morning! Don’t worry, no food will go to waste, the host will donate left-over shares to the local food bank or share with their hard-working staff!
- An active email address and phone number is required to participate. We will e-mail and text you with a reminder the day before each delivery or in case of delivery delay or other updates.
- We want you to be happy! Cancellation/refund for a share will only be accepted one week before a pick up, less 5% admin costs. We stand behind the freshness and quality of everything we make. Please contact us with questions or concerns of any kind.
