Wood Fired Pizza Nights during COVID-19 Restrictions

Pizza available Fridays & Saturdays, 4-8pm! Please follow these instructions:
1. Order ahead online using this link Tuesday through Friday noon. Pre-orders will be honored first! Call in from home to order 907-733-6887.
2. Come to the parking lot of Flying Squirrel at the approximate time for pick up. Call to see if your pizza is ready and/or to order beverages or ask what breads and sweets are available.
3. We'll bring your order out to the table and try to wave to you or call your name.
4. Pull up to the table by the back door and pick up your pizza.
5. Go home!
6. The most stringent guidelines I have found for take-out hot foods suggest the following. Use gloves to remove all foods from packaging, recook/heat foods at home in your own containers/pan in the oven or on the stovetop for 5-10 minutes. Wash your hands after touching anything brought into your house from somewhere else. Wash your hands before eating. Wash your hands after eating. The three things that make remnants of the virus go away: washing/sanitizing, heat/cooking and time.

Pizzas are available in 10 inch (6 pieces) and 15 inch (8 pieces) with our wholesome, chewy half whole wheat sourdough crust. No substitutions or additions please, but feel free to ask us to leave something off. Gluten free crust, add $3, small only.

Caesar Salad

Lettuce, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, red onions, croutons, parmesan and house Caesar dressing. (This salad size is in between our normal small and large salad.) | $9.50

Mediterranean Picnic Plate

Hummus, salami, feta, mixed olives, cherry tomatoes, orange slices, toasted almonds, dried dates and figs, and house made seeded barley crackers. | $11.00

PIZZA: Plain Jane

Scratch made marinara and mozzarella. | $10.50 | $18.50
